Terms and conditions for your holiday in Val Gardena

All you need to know for a relaxing stay at House Burvel, immersed in the stunning nature of the Dolomites.

We would like to remind you that since 01.01.2024 a temporary visitor’s tax of €2,10 per person per night will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments. Guests under the age of 14 are exempt.

Please note, that these prices are in euros per week.
Apartments are ready for check-in by 2.30 pm and check-out is by 9.30 am on the day of departure.

• A cot and high chair can be provided at an additional cost of €15,00 per stay
• Covered garage can be booked in advance for €7,00 per day
• We do not allow pets in our establishment
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation

Should any unforeseen events happen forcing you to cancel your holiday, the following conditions apply:
• Up to 30 days prior to arrival: 0% of the remaining balance
• From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the remaining balance
• From 9 to 1 day(s) prior to arrival or in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the balance

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE: You are certainly looking forward to your holiday, but a lot can happen before you arrive and during your holiday! Take precautions by taking out a "VPS holiday cancellation insurance" policy now!
Important information: The insurance only takes effect 11 days after purchase. You must not be ill at the time of taking out the insurance.
